How do you get a password protected post to actually work? Whenever I try one, I get an error where the post, or page, is supposed to be.

I have also created a new voxscape that I would like to use. Is there a way to upload it and use it. I have included the VOX logo in the pic. I really, really would like to use the voxscape I created, so any info would be nice.

I have an old blog and I would like to bring over all my old posts from there. Is it possible to do that and have them post-dated as they were on the old blog (i.e., I don't want to bring them over as new posts, I would like for them to be dated as they were originally).

Thanks.

hi there! I was wondering is it possible for us to create our own voxscapes?
I am a software developer, so am pretty sure I would be able to cope with any techie stuff. Is this available to us or is it just guys in the know who are able to do this?

Profile pic? I browse and upload it, but it doesn't appear. Just a black box. I've tried it a couple of times. Each time it reads "upload successful."

I appreciate your hard work. Thanks for your help.

I'm using internet explorer. What you're describing appears below where I write stuff and is labeled "technorati tags." As unbelievable as it seems, I have no idea how to make it work. I read the page about these tags and I'm not familiar with what they are talking about. I just want to load a picture from my own hard drive. It won't seem to let me do it in that space. I click browse, find my image (Jpeg at web resolution), click "upload", the picture appears in the little window. Then I type my post in the text place above and hit "publish". When I go to view the site, my text is there but no picture.

Thanks for trying to help.

Could you confirm what browser you are using? (ie Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc)

Under where it says "Upload" you should see three headers: File, Title, and Description. On the right hand side of the "File" header, there should be a "Browse" button. From there you should be able to upload the images you need to. Let us know if this is not what you see and if you need any further assistance.

Good have you in the City of Voices,

Also, why are people talking about pharmecuticals on this help page? Does that seem strange to anyone else?

When I try to insert an image into a post, the dialog box looks nothing like what is in the tutorial. Most importantly, there is no "browse" button so I can go locate my image. I haven't the slightest idea how to find and insert my images "URL". Please help. I don't think VOX is a great place for some of us who aren't very techy. I need some advice. I just want to get on and write and add images. Tell me if i picked the wrong blog site to start.
